Wellness by Nature provides special mobile and in-clinic Pregnancy massage in Poole, alongside Deep Tissue, Sports/Remedial & Relaxation/Swedish massages. By offering mobile services as well you can choose if you wish to relax in the comfort and privacy of your own home, whilst minimising any time pressures and the need to travel! Alternatively if you would prefer to visit a treatment room, I do have one available for massages in Poole :)

Pregnancy massages are specifically designed for the pregnant mum to soothe any aches and pains while providing a rejuvenating and relaxing massage to help reduce any stress and anxiety. My pregnancy massages are perfectly safe throughout all stages of pregnancy and the specialised pregnancy cushions I use allow you to lie very comfortably and safely on your tummy so they are LOVED by mums!
